AEW Capital Management Gets The Juliana for $67M

NEW JERSEYAEW Capital Management LP has paid $67 million to acquire The Juliana, a 128-unit multihousing property in Hoboken, N.J. from The Milestone Group & Invesco.

HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller. The team leading the disposition included Jose Cruz and Andrew Scandalios, senior managing directors, Kevin O’Hearn and Jeffrey Julien, managing directors, and Michael Oliver, associate director.

Constructed in 2007, The Juliana includes two, four-story buildings surrounding a 25,000-sq.-ft. courtyard. Currently 95 percent leased, the property offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units, averaging 1,068 sq. ft. Amenities available to tenants include covered parking garages, fitness center, cyber café, dog park, fire pit, putting green, playground and concierge service.
