NEW JERSEY—Bergman Real Estate Group has recently closed a number of leases at Holmdel Executive Center, a 75,000-sq.-ft., two-story brick office complex located at 960 Holmdel Road in Holmdel, N.J.
Bergman’s John G. Osborne, executive director of leasing and marketing, and Kelly Ziegenfuss, assistant director of leasing and marketing, completed the following transactions:
• An 18,200-sq.-ft., long-term lease for Index Engines Inc., which provides information management and governance solutions;
• A 3,174-sq.-ft. lease for The Jewish Federation of Greater Monmouth County, which is also known as The Jewish Federation of the Shore Area. Beth Krinsky of Weichert Commercial represented the tenant; and
• A 2,200-sq.-ft. lease renewal for Critelli Realtors.
