NEW JERSEY—Atlantic Imaging Group LLC, the largest diagnostic radiology network in New Jersey, has signed an 8,741-sq.-ft., long-term lease at 110 South Jefferson Road at Jefferson Plaza, a class A office complex in Whippany, N.J. The company is from Cedar Knolls, N.J.
Bergman Real Estate Group’s John G. Osborne, executive director of leasing and marketing, represented Bergman in the transaction, while MRH Real Estate Services Inc.’s Michael R. Herman, managing director, represented Atlantic Imaging in the transaction.
In addition, The Guarantee Co. of North America USA Inc. has signed a 1,441-sq.-ft. lease at the property. Osborne also represented Bergman in this transaction, while Dickstein Real Estate Services President Lawrence Dickstein represented the tenant.
Jefferson Plaza is an Energy Star-rated property that consists of two, three-story office buildings totaling approximately 173,000 sq. ft. Amenities at the property include an on-site full service café and seating area, on-site building management, various telecommunications options and ample parking.
The property is currently 87 percent leased.
