NEW JERSEY—KABR and Capstone Realty Group have named CBRE exclusive leasing agent for Roseland Corporate Campus located in Roseland. The CBRE leasing team of Executive Vice President Joseph Sarno, Senior Vice President Jeremy Neuer, Vice President Peter Shikar and Senior Associate Robert Norton will manage the leasing activity.
Comprised of two, four-story buildings, Roseland Corporate Campus totals 166,306 sq. ft. and is located adjacent to Exit 5 of Route 280.
“This is the first time these properties have been available to corporate users in many years and the owners are launching an extensive marketing and rebranding campaign,” said Neuer. “The owners saw this as a great opportunity to rebrand a well located site with tremendous potential and also plan extensive renovations to the common areas and the park.”
One of the sites will be renamed 7 Becker Farm, its original address. Amenities will include food service and a fitness center.
