Covington Realty Partners Pays $2.95M for 445 Terrill Road

NEW JERSEY—Covington Realty Partners has paid $2.95 million to acquire 445 Terrill Road in Scotch Plains, N.J. from RGK Development Inc. The Goldstein Group’s Lew Finkelstein, VP, and C.J. Huter represented the seller in the transaction.

Currently an Advance Auto Parts store, 445 Terrill Road includes 6,240 sq. ft. of space. Neighboring retailers in the area include Sears, Verizon, Subway, Popeyes and Rita’s Ice, among others.

The Goldstein Group specializes in owner representation, retailer representation, investment sales and management services. The firm, founded in 1986, represents more than 12 million sq. ft. of retail space.
