EAST RUTHERFORD—Curtis Foster has been promoted to the position of executive vice president at Cushman & Wakefield Inc.
Foster specializes in tenant representation and national account management in North America, as well as strategic agency management. His clients include AXA Financial, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ, Bauer Publishing, GfK Healthcare, Li & Fung Group and Unilever. He has represented TA Realty Associates, ING Clarion Partners, Stellar Capital Management and Kwartler Associates, among others, on property assignments.
He has completed transactions totaling more than 7 million sq. ft. on behalf of these organizations, with assignments ranging from typical office leases, including regional and headquarters locations, to a 2 million-sq.-ft., multi-use build-to-suit facility with complex lease structures.
