MAHWAH—The Hampshire Companies has sold a 120,000-sq.-ft. industrial/flex building located at 1595 MacArthur Boulevard in Mahwah. The sale was made to Dimensional Communications Inc., an experiential event marketing company, specializing in integrated communication structures for trade shows, interiors, specialty retail spaces, and museums.
Located just off Route 17, the facility offers access to major area highways including I-287 and the New York State Thruway. The two-story building also features 20,000 sq. ft. of office space and has ample parking, heavy power, process cooling, nine tailboards, one grade-level door and 26’ warehouse ceilings.
