HILLSBOROUGH—Larken Associates purchased four rental properties, totaling 430 garden-style apartment units, in Bethlehem, Pa. from The Solomon Organization.
The properties are:
*Waters Edge Apartments in downtown Bethlehem, Pa.
*The Hills at Lehigh near the Pocono Mountains
*The Meadows at Lehigh in Bethlehem, Pa.
*River Walk in downtown Bethlehem, Pa.
The transition will not disrupt current tenants. Larken Associates has been building and managing commercial and residential real estate for nearly four decades, most recently transitioning several condominium developments into rentals.
