NEW JERSEY—The former Wyman Ford dealership located at 1713 Springfield Ave. in Maplewood, N.J., as well as a nearby parking lot located at 1734 Springfield Ave. have been sold to a buyer that plans to develop the 1713 property for retail use.
NAI James E. Hanson Senior Vice President Thomas W. Ryan represented the seller, Lee Horner, Sr. in the transaction.
The property will be mostly used as a Dollar Tree store, which is slated to open by year’s end.
"Even in this difficult economic and retail market, the intensive marketing efforts and technical support of our team greatly assisted me in selling the property," Ryan said.
