NAI Hanson Hires Steve Pastor for Industrial Group

NEW JERSEY—NAI James E. Hanson has named Steve Pastor as vice president of the firm’s industrial real estate group. A former vice president at CBRE, Pastor's primary focus was on industrial real estate, where he represented tenant and landlords locally, regionally and nationally throughout the U.S.

In his new role, Pastor will assist tenants and landlords with strategic planning, build-to-suit, acquisition and disposition, site selection and mergers and acquisitions.

Pastor has a bachelor's degree in business from Fairleigh Dickinson University. His professional affiliations include Warehousing Educational and Research Council, International Warehouse Logistics Association, Industrial Office Real Estate Brokers Association, National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives, National Association of Industrial Office Parks and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professional.
