NEW JERSEY—ValleyBank has tapped NAI James E. Hanson to serve as exclusive sales agent for three properties in New Jersey.
These properties include:
• Two plots of land at 22-24 South Bellevue Ave. in Atlantic City, which measure 50-by-70 ft. combined and is situated in a stable neighborhood, suited for a multifamily.
• A 3.5-acre land site at 18 and 24 Route 206 North in Byram Township. The site features a level topography, visibility and zoning for “village business,” which includes permissible uses for retail, office and apartments as a conditional use.
• A 3,958-sq.-ft. lightflex/warehouse condominium at 430 Sand Shore Road in Mount Olive, situated off Route 46 and near Routes 80 and 57.
The NAI Hanson sales team of Senior VP John Schilp and VP Joan Cenicola will market the property on behalf Valley National Bank, the principal subsidiary of Wayne, N.J.-basedbank holding company Valley.
