SOMERSET—Parker Ibrahim & Berg LLC signed a 30,055-sq.-ft. long-term lease at 270 Davidson Avenue in Somerset.
This deal was a relocation and expansion from its current location at 991 Route 22 West in Bridgewater.
Drew Persson and Christopher Olsen with Newmark Knight Frank represented the building owner. The tenant was represented by Jim Brunette and Barti Ibrahim with Coldwell Banker Commercial.
The 239,000-sq.-ft. class-A building—the tallest office tower in the county—features a reflective glass façade, refurbished lobby, a full-service café, renovated common areas, covered parking and lush landscaping. Conveniently located near a four-way interchange on Interstate 287, the building is close to Interstate 78, Routes 22 and 202-206, the NJ Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway.
