NEW JERSEY—Old Colony Square Center, a Pathmark-anchored shopping center at 402 Grand Street in Jersey City, N.J., has signed three new tenants. Owned by National Realty & Development Corp. (NRDC), Old Colony Square Center contains 99,783 sq. ft. of retail space and can accommodate 500 vehicles.

These new tenants include:

• Advance Auto Parts, which signed for 6,321 sq. ft.

• Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, which signed for 2,430 sq. ft. and

• A pizzeria, which signed for 1,350 sq. ft.

“Old Colony Square Center is located in a densely populated area of Jersey City with over 425,000 people living within three miles of the shopping center,” said Dovid Spector, director of retail leasing, NRDC. “We have plans to begin renovation on the center’s façade in the spring which will further enhance the overall shopping experience for the customer.”
