Partnership for Maternal and Child Health Choose Robert Treat Center as HQ

NEW JERSEY—The Partnership for Maternal and Child Health of Northern New Jersey has signed a 5,400-sq.-ft. lease at The Berger Organization’s Robert Treat Center, located at 50 Park Place in Newark, N.J. The nonprofit public health organization will use its space as its headquarters.

Christian Benedetto, Jr. of Hopkins Sampson & Brown Real Estate Advisory Services LLC represented the Partnership for Maternal and Child Health of Northern New Jersey in negotiating its multiyear lease, while Brendan Berger, VP of The Berger Organization, served as in-house representative in the transaction.

Comprised of 100,000 sq. ft. of space, 50 Park Place stands 15 stories tall. The property was constructed in 1916 and renovated in 2001. It offers proximity to public transportation and includes other tenants such as the Associated Press, the City of Newark and the State of New Jersey.
