Sun Chemical Taps Avison Young to Manage Company’s Real Estate Needs

NEW JERSEYSun Chemical Corp., headquartered in Paramus, N.J., has tapped Avison Young to serve as exclusive global transaction management provider. Sun Chemical, which is the world’s largest producer of printing inks and pigments, occupies approximately 4 million sq. ft. of space in more than 250 locations in 56 countries.

Jeffrey L. Heller, principal and managing director of Avison Young’s New Jersey office, and Timothy J. Cadigan, VP, will lead the Avison Young team handling the international assignment, which includes managing real estate acquisitions and dispositions on behalf of Sun Chemical, as well as actively marketing and leasing availabilities within the company’s portfolio of office, high-tech and industrial real estate assets.

“This assignment is a testament to the strength of Avison Young’s platform and the track record we have established for providing best-in-class advisory and transaction services to world-class companies,” said Heller.
