NEW JERSEY—Residential developer Treetop Development has signed a 4,200-sq.-ft. office lease at Glenpointe Centre in Teaneck, N.J. The East Rutherford-based Cushman & Wakefield team of Richard Baumstein, Marc Graham and Christian Politan represented Glenpointe owner Alfred Sanzari Enterprises of Hackensack, while Treetop was represented by Yitzi Karasick of the Homer Group.
Treetop, which develops multifamily residential properties throughout New Jersey and New York, is relocating its headquarters to its new space in Teaneck from its current space in Newark.
“With the signing of this long-term lease, a solid New Jersey-based company has opted to stay in the state,” said Baumstein. “The relocation will also provide Treetop with significantly upgraded space in an excellent location.”
Glenpointe Centre offers 650,000 sq. ft. of class A office space. The 50- acre complex includes Glenpointe Centre West, Glenpointe Centre East and The Atrium at Glenpointe office buildings; the 350-room Teaneck Marriott Hotel and Conference Center; and the 26,000-sq.-ft. Glenpointe Spa and Fitness Center.
