TEANECK, NJ—Univision Communications Inc. has expanded its long-term lease at Glenpointe Centre, a class A office campus in Teaneck, N.J. The media company, which serves the Hispanic demographic, will now occupy 78,000 sq. ft. at the property, which it will use as its broadcasting studios and offices.
Developed, owned and operated by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, Glenpointe Centre is exclusively marketed by the Cushman & Wakefield team of Richard Baumstein, Marc Graham and Christian Politan.
Univision was represented in the transaction by J.C. Giordano of Jones Lang LaSalle.
Glenpointe Centre contains 650,000 sq. ft. of class A office space and includes Glenpointe Centre West, Glenpointe Centre East and The Atrium at Glenpointe office buildings; the 350-room Teaneck Marriott Hotel & Conference Center; and a 26,000-sq.-ft. spa and fitness center.
Amenities at the 50- acre complex include retail bank, cafeteria, restaurant, covered parking, on-site management and 24/7 security. The property is situated at the intersection of Interstates 80 and 95.
