Walgreens Commits to Old Bridge Location

NEW JERSEY—Walgreens has agreed to build a 12,705-sq.-ft. freestanding store in Old Bridge.

R.J. Brunelli & Co. LLC’s Senior Vice President Bill Lenaz brokered the deal between the landlord, 39 Matawan Road LLC and Walgreens.

The new store will be located at the intersection of Laurence Harbor Road and Matawan Road. The site previously housed and Exxon gas station.

Walgreens operates nearly 8,000 drugstores in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
