MANAHAWKIN—Walters Group will host an open house on Saturday, Jan. 28, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for Stafford Preserve, a rental community under construction in Manahawkin.
The open house will feature renderings of the new community, clubhouse amenities as well as samples of interior selections. Refreshments will be provided. Walters Group leasing specialists will be on hand to assist with the application process. As a special promotion, fees will be waived for applications received during the event. In addition, a State Farm Insurance representative will present information on renters' insurance.
The first three buildings of Stafford Preserve, comprised of 36 eco-friendly units, will be available for occupancy in May. When completed, the community will consist of 18 three-story buildings. The energy-efficient community will provide one- and two-bedroom garden-style apartments as well as two-bedroom townhouses.
The community also offers a limited number of handicapped units. Services and facilities onsite will include a community clubhouse with state-of the-art fitness center, resort-style pool, children's game room, tot-lot playground, tennis and basketball courts, picnic pavilion, one mile walking trail and barbeque area. Additionally, garages will be available for rent.
