NEW JERSEY—Walters Group’s Whispering Hills Apartments affordable rental community is on track to open to residents next month as the first eight-unit building will open.
The entire development is expected to be completed in January 2013 and will consist of seven low-rise buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom unit options. Each apartment will be outfitted with Energy Star-rated appliances.
Throughout the development, Walters Group has incorporated the use of green building methods and materials to meet LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and Energy Star certification.
Amenities at the property will include a playground and recreational field.
