Georgetown Co., a privately-held real estate investment and development firm in New York, has paid $56.7 million for One Washington St. in Boston’s Financial District. The 161,173-square-foot, Class B office building at State and Congress streets was last purchased in 2006 by Saracen AEW Acquisitions, a joint venture involving AEW Capital and Saracen Capital, for $33.5 million.
