NEW YORK—ABM Industries has renewed its lease, totaling 29,063 sq. ft. of space, at The Fred F. French Building, located at 551 Fifth Avenue and 45th Street in Manhattan. Brian Feil and Kevin Driscoll, director of commercial leasing, represented The Feil Organization, which owns the property; Rob Martin and Brad Lane of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas Inc. represented the tenant.
