Acosta Mosaic Group Leases HQ Space at MerrittView in Norwalk

NEW YORK—Acosta Mosaic Group (AMG) has signed a 16,600-sq.-ft. lease for new headquarters space at Malkin Properties’ MerrittView, and eight-story, 260,000-sq.-ft. office building at the intersection of Route 7 and the Merritt Parkway in Norwalk, Conn. AMG will consolidate its current offices and move to its new space.

Jeffrey H. Newman, EVP of Malkin Properties, Kimberly Zaccagnino, senior leasing associate, and Tara Long, leasing associate, represented the landlord in this transaction. The tenant was represented by Steve Crowley of SCA Commercial Real Estate and Bill Knight of Transwestern.

The consumer packaged goods marketer will occupy space on MerrittView’s seventh floor, which is being built out by Malkin Construction.

Constructed in 1985, MerrittView is currently undergoing ongoing building-wide upgrades, including a renovated main entrance plaza. Amenities at the property include an in-house concierge service, dining and catering facility, fitness center, conference center, free on-site parking and shuttle van service to the South Norwalk Transportation Center and the Metro North Danbury Spur.

In 2010, MerrittView earned the nationally recognized Energy Star designation from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
