NEW YORK—Bravo Media Inc. has signed a 10-year, 5,300-sq.-ft. lease at 145 West 28th Street. Michael Hymowitz of Adams & Co. Real Estate LLC represented the tenant in the transaction, while Winoker Realty Company represented the landlord. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Bravo Media’s planned use will include a production studio and green screen. Bravo Media Inc. is an East Coast-based production company with clients such as HBO, Lacoste, Smirnoff and more. The creative, film production and post-production agency will use its new space as a production studio and green screen.
