Adidas Takes 15,000 SF at Trinity’s 435 Hudson Street

NEW YORK—International designer and manufacturer of athletic shoes, apparel and accessories Adidas has signed a 10-year, 15,220-sq.-ft. lease at 435 Hudson Street. Building owner, Trinity Real Estate, was represented by Marc Packman and Peter Fontanetta, while Adidas was represented by John Moxley of Jones Lang LaSalle.

Adidas will take up residence on 435 Hudson Street’s third floor and use the space for marketing and showroom purposes.

“Hudson Square has become a center for creative collar businesses, entrepreneurs and media and, increasingly, a destination for major international brands drawn by the energy and unique character as well as the quality of the space,” said Jason D. Pizer, president of Trinity Real Estate. “Adidas is a premier retail brand and a wonderful addition to our neighborhood.”

Constructed in 1931, 435 Hudson Street is situated between Leroy and Morton Streets and in close proximity to public transportation. The property offers 24/7 tenant access and onsite management.

Comprised of approximately 290,000 sq. ft., the property is home so such tenants as L’Oreal USA, New York Review of Books and Freemantle Media, among others.
