Lisa Dresner of Fountain Realty Group represented BFH Associates in this transaction. Rick J. Brickell and Richard Teichman of Joseph P. Day Realty Corp. represented the landlord, 10 East 40th Street LLC.
Located between Madison and Fifth Avenues, 10 East 40th Street is a 48-story office building offering tenants easy access to Grand Central Station. Built in 1911, the building recently underwent a lobby renovation including a new security desk and turnstiles.
