NEW YORK—The New York office of Cresa has subleased approximately 13,000-sq.-ft. of space and relocated to 450 Lexington Ave. in Midtown Manhattan.
“Our new office gives us room to achieve our ongoing, ambitious growth plan over the next three years,” said Mark Jaccom, president and managing principal of Cresa New York. “In the last six months, we’ve added 11 new hires, and are on our way to meeting our short-term goal of nearly doubling Cresa’s New York City team within a year.”
An international corporate real estate advisory firm that represents tenants, Cresa has more than 57 offices and is the largest tenant representation firm in North America.
