NEW YORK CITY—Hatch Mott MacDonald, an engineering consulting firm, has leased the entire 30th floor of W&H Properties’ 1400 Broadway. The firm will move from its current location at 3 Park Avenue into its new space, which contains nearly 16,000 sq. ft., in the fall.
Hatch Mott MacDonald is headquartered in Milburn, N.J., and is comprised of more than 65 offices across North America, employing 2,000 people. Specializing in infrastructure, transportation and environmental engineering, the firm offers public and private clients a complete range of services, including planning, feasibility studies, design, contract procurement, construction management, program management, and operations and maintenance support.
David Goldstein and James Schroeder of Studley represented Hatch Mott MacDonald in the lease negotiations. Scott Klau and Erik Harris of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord.
