245 Park Avenue is located in midtown Manhattan between 46th & 47th Streets, steps away from Grand Central Terminal. GSH’s offices are on the thirty-ninth floor of the building.
The class-A building is LEED-Gold certified and Energy Star accredited. The office opened on January 2 of this year.
