ITRS Takes 4,727 Sq. Ft. at 711 Third Ave.

NEW YORK—ITRS Group, an operational and service software management firm for financial institutions, has signed a 4,727-sq.-ft. lease at 711 Third Ave. in New York City. The Kaufman Organization brokered the five-year lease for the firm. Loren Biller and Michael Kaufman of the Kaufman Organization represented the tenant while Gary Rosen of SL Green Realty Corp. represented the landlord in the transaction.

Terms of the lease were undisclosed, but asking rent for the space was $54 per sq. ft.

Located between 44th and 45th streets, 711 Third Ave. includes a gallery-style lobby with an original mosaic mural designed by Hans Hoffman in 1956. Other tenants at the building include Parade Publications, Ricoh Corporation and Omnicom, among others.

The space at 711 Third Ave. will serve as ITRS’ U.S. sales office.
