Kenneth Salzman Joins Lee & Associates NYC

NEW YORK CITY—Lee & Associates NYC has hired Kenneth Salzman, formerly a director with Newmark Knight Frank.

Salzman’s resume is highlighted by his experience in tenant representation and corporate real estate advisory services. Over the course of his career he has represented a number of multinational corporations in their global real estate requirements.

The hire comes on the heels of recruiting two senior office brokers. More hires are expected to take place throughout March. James Wacht, president of Lee NYC, emphasizes that all new hires will fit a specific need of the office.

Salzman joined Newmark Knight Frank in August 1996, and for 15 years he cultivated successful workplace strategies, including reducing real estate overhead, lowering employee retention costs and improving workplace environments. His specialization, which includes the evaluation of space usage and the creation of logistics analysis, allows clients the means to compare the cost of existing real estate holdings and alternative strategies. These strategies have resulted in transactional solutions for software, media and marketing companies throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.

A graduate of New York University, Salzman is a treasurer and executive board member of the Union Square Partnership Business Improvement District and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
