The Lanier Law Firm Renews, Expands Lease at 126 East 56th Street in NYC

NEW YORK—The Lanier Law Firm has renewed its 12,147-sq.-ft. lease on the sixth and seventh floors of 126 East 56^th Street, as well as signed a 6,076-sq.-ft. expansion onto the property’s eight floor.

CBRE’s Silvio Petriello, Ben Friedland and Sam Seiler negotiated on behalf of Lanier, while Cushman & Wakefield’s Harry Blair and Sean Kearns represented the landlord, Pearlmark Real Estate Partners, in the transaction.
