Lankler Siffert & Wohl Renews, Expands Space on Fifth Avenue

NEW YORK—Law firm Lankler Siffert & Wohl LLP has renewed and expanded its lease at 500 Fifth Avenue, located at the corner of 42nd Street in the Bryant Park neighborhood. The firm will now occupy 22,753 sq. ft. of space on the lower level, 33rd floor and 34th floor of the building, as well as 5,119 sq. ft. on the 35th floor.

In total, the firm will occupy 27,872 sq. ft. at the Midtown location.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Harry F. Blair and Sean Kearns, exclusive leasing agent on the building, represented the landlord, 500 Fifth Avenue Inc. Ryan Kass and William Cohen of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Lankler Siffert & Wohl LLP.

Lankler Siffert & Wohl has been a tenant at the building since 1987.

Built in 1931, 500 Fifth Avenue is a 680,000-sq.-ft., Class-A, art deco skyscraper situated blocks from Grand Central Terminal. The tower runs from floors 38 to 58.

Lankler Siffert & Wohl LLP represents individuals and entities in civil, regulatory and white-collar criminal matters before state and federal courts and grand juries, administrative and regulatory agencies, arbitration panels and professional disciplinary boards. The firm also regularly handles matters involving intellectual property, entertainment and employment disputes.
