NEW YORK—Joint venture partners Hill International, based in Marlton, N.J., and The LiRo Group, based in Syosset, N.Y., have been awarded a two-year contract by the New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) to provide construction management, staffing and consulting services. The estimated value to the joint venture is up to $20 million.
