NYC SCA Awards Two-Year Contract for Construction Management, Staffing, Consulting Services

NEW YORK—Joint venture partners Hill International, based in Marlton, N.J., and The LiRo Group, based in Syosset, N.Y., have been awarded a two-year contract by the New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) to provide construction management, staffing and consulting services. The estimated value to the joint venture is up to $20 million.

"We are proud of the fact that the SCA continues to rely on the Hill/LiRo team for our construction management expertise," said D. Clarke Pile, Hill's SVP and Northeast regional manager. "Our team has provided outstanding service over the past nine years and this new contract is a reflection of their continuing excellent work."

Hill International and The LiRo Group are equal partners in the venture.

The New York City SCA was established in 1998 to ensure safe, attractive and environmentally sound public schools for children throughout the city.
