NEW YORK—Samsung Information Systems of America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., has signed a 7,900-sq.-ft., five-year lease to occupy the entire seventh floor of 30 West 26th Street. The company will move into its new space in June.

Containing 98,000 sq. ft. of office space, 30 West 26th Street is located in the Midtown South submarket. Currently 100 percent occupied, the property includes other tenants, such as Himmel + Meringoff Properties, Pencil NYC and the Sydell Group, among others.

“We are delighted that such a prestigious, flourishing, and dynamic tenant has chosen the property for this all-important division,” said Stephen Meringoff.

The property includes features such as loft-style floors, high ceilings, hardwood floors and natural light.
