Savanna Closes More Than 14,000 Sq. Ft. in Leases at 5 Hanover Square

NEW YORK—Savanna recently signed a lease expansion as well as a new lease at its 5 Hanover Square property.

In the expansion, Jones Jones L.L.C. took approximately 9,215 sq. ft. on the portion of the property’s 10th floor. Founded in 1947 by the first secretary of the Workers’ Compensation Board that represents the interests of employers and insurance carriers, the organization agreed to a 10-year term on its expansion. Todd Korren of Savanna represented the landlord in this transaction.

In the new lease, National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNP), the professional association for pediatric nurse practitioners and other advanced practice nurses who care for children, signed for 5,094 sq. ft. of space on a portion of the 14th floor. Established in 1973, NAPNP signed its lease for an 11-year term. Frank Cento, Jonathan Fein and Carlos Suarez of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, an affiliate of Savanna, while Richard Levine and Zachary Price of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in the transaction.
