Upper East Side Residential Building Fetches $6.3M

NEW YORK225 East 82nd Street, a seven-story, 27-unit residential apartment building located in the Upper East Side, has sold for $6.3 million.

Eastern Consolidated represented both the buyers, Erez Itzhaki and Gil Boosidan, and the seller. Senior Director Azita Aghravi represented the seller, a long-term owner, while Executive Managing Director Alan P. Miller and Financial Analyst Inbal Himelblau acted on behalf of the buyer.

Totaling 11,838 sq. ft. 225 East 82nd has undergone recent renovations, including a refurbished roof, new elevator cabs, updated elevator systems and repainted hallways.

The property features 21 studios and six, one-bedroom units.

Located on the north side of East 82nd Street, between Second and Third Avenues in Manhattan’s Yorkville/East End Avenue neighborhood, the building is within walking distance of major retailers and cultural landmarks such as the Guggenheim Museum and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Central Park is also nearby as are subway lines.
