NEW YORK—Winick Realty Group LLC has been tapped to exclusively market the corner retail availability at 1209 Lexington Ave. Located on the southeast corner of East 82nd Street, the site is vacant for the first time in more than a century.
Winick Realty Group Executive Vice President Darrell Rubens and Associate Director Lee Block are marketing the space on behalf of the ownership.
According to a statement, the ownership bought the property from Lascoff Drugs, which first opened in the space in 1899.
Consisting of 1,600 sq. ft. of ground-floor space and approximately 600 sq. ft. on the mezzanine and an additional 600 sq. ft. in the basement, the property includes cathedral-style, 20-ft. ceilings, 20-ft. arched windows and 115 ft of wraparound frontage.
