Kennedy-Wilson brokers Long Island deal

NEW YORK — Los Angeles-based Kennedy Wilson Inc. represented Lighthouse 2001 LLC in its sale of 2001 Marcus Ave., to Lincinvest I LLC. The 212,390 sq. ft. Class-A office building is located in Lake Success, Long Island. Samuel Guss, managing director in Kennedy-Wilson’s New York office, led the sales effort.

Built in 1979, 2001 Marcus Ave. underwent an extensive upgrade and retenanting during the past three years. In April 1998, Lighthouse, the seller, embarked on a $6 million improvement plan that included renovation of the lobby, upgraded energy management systems, modernization of elevators, and a new roof and fire alarm system.
