NORTHBROOK, Ill. — Grubb & Ellis Co. has expanded its reach in the South by entering into an affiliation with Columbia, S.C.-based Wilson/Kibler Inc. The firm will operate as Grubb & Ellis|Wilson/Kibler.
"The addition of Wilson/Kibler to our national affiliate program gives us a significant presence in South Carolina, both in the Midlands and the Lowcountry," said Phil Royster, executive vice president of Grubb & Ellis Affiliates Inc. "This is one of the fastest-developing areas of the United States."
With the latest affiliation, Grubb & Ellis has 39 affiliates in 44 U.S. markets. Wilson/Kibler has provided commercial brokerage and real estate consulting services since 1987.
