Legacy, ING partnership acquires Los Angeles office building

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. — A partnership of Foster City, Calif.-based Legacy Partners Commercial Inc. and New York-based ING Realty has purchased 3330 Cahuenga Blvd., a 99,214 sq. ft. office building, for an undisclosed price. The California Credit Union, which will maintain its lease of 19,740 sq. ft. at the site, was the seller. The Los Angeles office of New York-based Cushman & Wakefield represented both parties in the transaction.

The building is 100% leased. The building’s major tenant is Panasonic, which leases 46,112 sq. ft. of space.
