MIE begins construction on 225,000 sq. ft. complex

GONZALES, La. – Baltimore-based MIE Properties has begun construction here on the four-building, 225,000 sq. ft. Barringer Foreman Technology Park. The 27-acre Barringer park will offer tenant sizes ranging from 1,500 sq. ft. to 60, 240 sq. ft. CSRS designed the technology park, which will be located near hotels, retail centers and restaurants.
