Ronus Signs Two Anchors for Houston Power Center

Atlanta-based real estate firm Ronus Properties has signed two new anchor tenants at Meyerland Plaza, a 963,219 sq. ft. regional power center in Houston.

A 116,000 sq. ft. Target store will open next spring in space formerly occupied by K-Mart. Circuit City is also slated to open a 33,682 sq. ft. store by December 2004.

“We are very excited to add Target and Cicruit City to Meyerland Plaza. They will both make a strong addition to an already impressive tenant line-up and will provide more shopping choices and convenience to consumers,” says Jackie Wammock, senior vice president at Ronus Properties, which oversees a portfolio that includes nearly 5 million sq. ft. of retail space and 254,000 sq. ft. of Class-A office space.
