Strategic Resources acquires two Maryland properties

COLUMBIA, Md. – Strategic Resources Corp. (SRC), a New York-based fund manager and investment advisor to Phoenix Four Inc., Nassau, Bahamas, has acquired two flex/office properties, Rumsey Center and Snowden Center. Collectively, the two assets comprise around 275,000 sq. ft. in the Baltimore-Washington corridor in Columbia. Built in 1980, Rumsey Center is a flex/office complex of four buildings totaling 135,000 sq. ft. Snowden Center is a 140,000 sq. ft. complex that contains three single-story buildings, a mixed-use two-story building and a pad site. The deal marks SRC’s second acquisition in Maryland.
