VERITAS increases lease to 247,000 sq. ft.

ORLANDO, Fla. °© VERITAS Software Corp. has expanded its presence in Heathrow International Business Center (HIBC) with a 29,944 sq. ft. lease, bringing the company°Øs total presence to 247,000 sq. ft. in the center. The lease was signed with The Pizzuti Cos. in the 5-story 801 International Parkway Building, which is now 100% leased. VERITAS occupies four floors of the 150,567 sq. ft. building.

Natalee Gleiter, VP of leasing and sales from Pizzuti, represented the landlord. Matthew McKeever of Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate and Larry Tannenbaum of Cushman & Wakefield represented VERITAS.
