Vestcor Construction starts building 336-unit apartment community

JACKSONVILLE, Fl. – Vestcor Construction Services has begun construction on the 336-unit, 13-building Lindsey Terrace Apartments. The $16.5 million project will offer a community center and pool. Completion is slated for July 2002.
