Western Realco set to begin giant business park

ONTARIO, Calif. — Newport Beach, Calif.-based Western Realco plans to develop Airport Mission Business Park, a $37 million, 1.1 million sq. ft. business park. Groundbreaking is scheduled for June. Completion of the facility, which will be located adjacent to the Ontario International Airport, is slated for first-quarter 2002.

The park will consist of three buildings: a 857,000 sq. ft. distribution facility and two other buildings totaling 168,000 sq. ft. and 102,000 sq. ft. The distribution center will feature 30 ft. interior clearance, 195 concrete truck courts, and more than 120 dock-high loading locations. The other two buildings will each contain 24 dock-high loading locations, 42 trailer parking spots and 26 parking sports.
