HOUSTON, TX – Houston-based Baker Katz, an X Team International partner and full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in retail tenant representation, project development and leasing, and investment sales, announced that it has completed the sale-leaseback of a new QuikTrip location in Forth Worth, Texas. Jamie Weaver of Baker Katz made the announcement.
The 5,720-square-foot building is located on 1.217 acres of land at 1101 Hemphill Street in Fort Worth and was purchased by an individual investor. QuikTrip is a gasoline and convenience retailer with more than 100 locations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and more than 600 locations nationwide.
Weaver represented the buyer in the transaction.
