CHICAGO - Bradford Allen Realty Services represented Iron Horse Properties in a 7,800 square foot new long-term lease for Jones Lang LaSalle at 350 East 22nd Street in Lombard, Illinois. This recent transaction brings the 40,800 square foot office building to full occupancy.
Bradford Allen Directors John Millner and Ryan Moen represented the building ownership, Iron Horse Properties, in the transaction. Jones Lang LaSalle was represented by Vice President Ben Erskine. The global real estate firm will be relocating their IT department from its current offices at 1111 Pasquinelli Drive in Westmont. The single story office building offers excellent visibility, a high parking ratio, and a convenient location for Jones Lang LaSalle’s employees.
