Norfolk, Va. – CBRE|Hampton Roads is pleased the sale of South Beach Plaza at 2424 S. Croatan Highway in Nags Head, NC for $2.7 million.
South Beach Plaza consists of four parcels of commercial land totaling 4.68 acres. Built in 2009, Parcel A is a 7,216 SF one-story retail building occupied by Dunkin Donuts, Viva Mexican Restaurant, Sweet Frog Premium Yogurt and Jersey Mike’s. Parcel B has a 13,656 SF, two-story building with covered parking that Outer Bank Laser Tag currently occupies 5,260 SF. Parcels C and D have approved development plans for 12,371 SF building and parking.
The property is located in the Outer Banks of North Carolina just south of the Wright Memorial.
